Sleeping Beauty - On the Milky Way Collection
A delicate collection of pieces for home and night, born from stories yet to be written. Flowing creations in natural linens and airy voiles, moving in soft, dance-like steps with every gesture. A way of dreaming among the stars — but here and now — for serene women who live fully both by night and in their sleep. And home is the place where they celebrate their femininity.
We work in small and very small series, piece by piece, made to order. This collection began with the desire to work alongside people with heart — to create pieces where the “human hand” and true craftsmanship are visible. Every detail holds its own story.
We spent nearly a year bringing every element together, making sure it pleased us, that it carried the presence of the maker in each small detail. Every piece will be unique, because each is made individually. And in every garment you choose, there will be at least a drop of you.
Our labels are hand-printed through silk-screening, on the finest natural silk, with threads we have chosen ourselves.
We have cared for every aspect. It is your indulgence, and it is a gift of self-love. A gift.
Care Instructions
We recommend hand washing with detergents specifically formulated for cotton garments. For machine washing, we recommend using the delicate cycle, with the lowest possible spin speed, and likewise using detergents intended for cotton fabrics. Maximum temperature: 30°C.
Attention! Do not use detergents formulated for delicate fabrics! These are intended for fibres of animal origin, such as wool and silk, and are not suitable for plant-based fibres such as cotton, linen and hemp.
Air Soft Technology®
At the intersection of handmade craftsmanship and industrial technology, our fabric-making process is unique and innovative. All deFlorian pieces are made using Air Soft Technology®, an authentic Romanian technology developed by us after more than 25 years of research in the textile field. Air Soft Technology® is a modern approach to traditional techniques of home weaving and finishing fabrics in running water and sunlight. This allows us to preserve the fibres as close as possible to their natural state.
